Chuwi Aerobook vs AeroBook Pro Notebook Comparison Review

Chuwi is a Shenzhen-based company that provides products ranging from tablets to laptops. One such product is the Chuwi Aerobook, which is sleek in design with several features. CHUWI recently released a 13.3-inch laptop AeroBook Pro, which mainly improved the internal performance. It features a new Core M3-8100Y processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD ROM, full-featured Type-C, and other configurations. The upgrade mainly focuses on performance parameters, and the measured performance data has been exposed. We’re going to be discussing the topic – Chuwi Aerobook vs AeroBook Pro. It will help us determine which one is the better option.

    Design

Chuwi Aerobook is a notebook-13.3″ (IPS FHD) is characterized by an ultra-slim design; the laptop is often just 15mm, it uses frames, ultra-thin (5mm) and weighs approximately 1.25 Kg. The frame is constructed of metal with a ratio of screen-to-body 80%; there is also a backlit keyboard and a generous trackpad. The Chuwi AeroBook is a thin and light laptop with a compact design, slim bezels, a backlit keyboard, and a large touchpad. It’s less powerful than most members of the MateBook family. which means it’ll probably be cheaper.

CHUWI AeroBook Pro is a sleek beast with space grey aluminum-magnesium alloy build and just 1,23 kg of weight or 15mm thickness. It sports fully laminated 13,3-inch IPS screen with 80% screen-to-body ratio and pretty thin bezels. It is worth noting that the entire body is made of aluminum alloy, so the device is quite lightweight about 1.25 kg. If you travel often or go on a business trip, then there should be no transportation problems. Also, the thickness of the laptop is only 15 mm, and as for its class – this is a rather small indicator. The dimensions of the device were 308 mm long and 209 mm wide. The screen quality is pretty good, the colors look very realistic and saturated. For example, the color gamut of sRGB was 100% and as for its price, it is a good indicator.

    Hardware

The Chuwi AeroBook is powered by the sixth generation of the Intel Core m3-6Y30, which is also found in the Xiaomi Mi Air with 12 inches and the cheapest Microsoft Surface device. The processor is manufactured in the 14nm process and consists of two cores, which clock with up to 2.2 GHz. About hyperthreading four cores can be simulated. The graphics card is based on the integrated Intel HD Graphics 515, which clocks at up to 850 MHz and also supports the 4K output on an external display. There is 8GB of memory onboard, which is sufficient for extensive multitasking. Even with 20 open browser tabs, Microsoft Word, and ongoing YouTube playback, no significant speed loss was recorded. The storage space measures 128GB in the standard version, but there should also be a version with 256GB and 1TB SSD memory.

The new generation of Chuwi Aerobook Pro 13.3 received a new processor of the eighth-generation Intel Core m3-8100Y. If we recall the previous generation of Chuwi Aerobook, then it was also equipped with the same Intel Core m3-6Y30 processor, only for the sixth generation. The eighth generation, although not the newest, and the Core m3-8100Y model was introduced two years ago in August 2018, but it is still very popular with many manufacturers. This processor includes dual cores with a clock frequency from 1.1 to 3.4 GHz. It also works with the integrated Intel HD Graphics 615 graphics processor. In addition, the laptop received 8GB of RAM and 256GB of SSD memory.

    Features

The CHUWI Aerobook Laptop is embedded with a battery that has a long life. It has an 8 hours high capacity lithium polymer battery. With the addition of low power consumption CPU Enables 8 hours of long usage. It also embedded with multiple ports, connect anytime and anywhere. It comes with up to 7 interfaces making it possible to build your personalize workstation. Otherwise, the CHUWI Aerobook offers enough connections to get along in my opinion, in everyday life. These include 2x USB-A 3.0, a 3.5 mm jack input, a microSD card slot, the charging port, and an HDMI port. According to the manufacturer, the latter is a micro HDMI interface, but because of the photos, I would rather bet on mini HDMI.

On top of that, you are also getting a full-sized backlit keyboard or 38Wh battery with 24W charger and PD2.0 support. Makers are claiming about 8 hours of battery life for that one. Port setup is also pretty good with dual USB 3.0 ports, USB Type-C port, HDMI port, TF card slot, or headphone jack. Connectivity is solid with dual-band ac Wi-Fi or Bluetooth 4.2. All of it of course running on the pre-installed Windows 10 system.

    Conclusion

According to the comparison between Chuwi Aerobook vs AeroBook Pro, they are both budget Tablets that are affordable. Both come with different specs you can check out. So according to what exactly you might be looking, you can find, in Design, Hardware, and Features. For More Information, you can visit on Official Chuwi Aerobook & AeroBook Pro Pages.
