The study authors defined 100 as the harm factor for the most harmful product under the criteria, assigned a global average harm score to each nicotine product, and defined a score of 0 as harmless. The conclusion is that the ENDS (e-cigs) score is less than 5 points.
This means that the risk of vaping is about 5%. In other words “E-cigarettes are at least 95% safer than traditional cigarettes”.
