I like what this company is doing but when, when, when is a single smartphone company going to start focusing on superior sound instead of camera’s? After all it is a phone and to this day after nearly a decade of smartphones the world has yet to see a phone actually blow the smoke off the competition where amazing high definition sound quality is concerned. Dual Front or Octo-Speakers?

Just imagine how awesome your phone would be if you could actually brag about how great the call quality is when your on a phone call and if on a speakerphone how loud and clear the person your speaking to sounds and then take it further and imagine how great it would be to get compliments from the other person about how great the call quality is. We live in a time where technology is easily capable of delivering on superior sound quality where phone calls are concerned.

We need a smartphone that has all the modern phones have today but the priority must be making a perfect sounding phone which should leverage Bluetooth v5 and the best noise cancellation for both speaker phone and headset like devices. Paying the kind of money everyone does for these devices demands this or we should not be purchasing these until a manufacture does. Waiting for this assumed feature is like waiting for dooms day. We need all of what this company is doing with the MUST HAVE SOUND QUALITY. Imagine playing your music in the car when you travelling down the highway on your way home from work or elsewhere and listening via speakerphone with zero distortion and loud enough you can hear it over the road noise.

That is the kind of quality we need to see from the future smartphones.. Boom sound from HTC was heading in the right direction but they didn’t take it far enough to hit the home run. All of this focus on cameras for a phone? Love it that they make better cameras but when are we going to address the crappy sound quality all of these devices have shipped with from the beginning.

There must be more effort on making these devices the best of the best where sound quality is concerned.

The upcoming Mate 10 should ship with a Pro version that incorporates this sound experience and maintains the same look and feel with at least a 6.0″ non-curved screen.

Everything else I’ve read here is a knock out success .. Waiting on sound to buy my next device.
