On May 23, OPPO launched three models of its OPPO Reno8 / Pro/Pro+, with a starting price of 2,499 yuan, $357. Today, a blogger brought the configuration information of OPPO Reno8 series iteration product — OPPO Reno9 series mobile phone.
OPPO Reno9 series will feature fast-charging technology, a 4,500mah battery and a new color of ‘Everything red’, according to a digital blogger. In terms of processor, OPPO Reno9 series phones will use Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 / Mediatek Dimensity 8 processors. Meanwhile, the blogger said Huawei’s Mate XS2, Xiaomi MI 11T and iQOO10 Pro phone will also support the fusion fast charge technology, and more models will support the technology in the future.
UFCS (Universal Fast Charging Specification) Converged Fast Charging protocol is led by ICT, Huawei, OPPO, Vivo, and Xiaomi. The new generation fusion fast charge protocol is completed by joint efforts of many terminal, chip enterprises and industry partners, such as Siliconjie, Swizhi, Lihui Technology and Onbao Electronics. The purpose of this protocol is to establish the standard of converged fast charging for mobile terminals, solve the incompatibility problem of mutual fast charging, and create a fast, safe and compatible charging environment for terminal users.
OPPO’s previously released OPPO Reno8 has a Dimensity 1300 processor, a 6.43-inch 2400×1080 OLED screen, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 4,500mah battery that supports 80W fast charge.
OPPO Reno8 Pro is equipped with Snapdragon 7 processor, Mariana MariSilicon X self-developed NPU, 6.62-inch 2400×1080 OLED straight screen, 4500mAh battery, support 80W flash charge.
