Apollo Lake processors from Intel have officially been announced before some months now, suggesting that the leading manufacturer of desktop, laptop and server processors is highly keen on powering up a multitude of mobile machines ranging from notebooks, tablets, and of course the highly popular 2-in-1 hybrids. Voyo are one of the first to release some Mini PC’s based on the new Apollo Lake. There will be two versions. The first VOYO V1 will be with Intel Pentium N4200 with a maximum clock speed of 2.5Ghz, Intel HD graphics 505 GPU max frequency 750Mhz and the other VOYO V1 will have Intel Celeron N3450 version with a maximum turbo of 2.2Ghz and an Intel HD graphics 500 GPU clock of 700Mhz maximum clock rate. Design
Both share the same design. Both have a cooling fan for active cooling and keeping the temperatures low, feature 3 x USB 3.0 ports, 1Gbit lan port, wireless AC and MicroSD card slot. Mini HDMI can give up to 4k x 60hz output. Both versions will come out in Golden, Rose Gold and Royal Blue. Both weight 400 grams and its dimensions are 12.00 x 12.00 x 2.80 cm.
Hardware
As we said in the beginning, Voyo V1 will come out in two versions, accordingly to the CPU that will have. So the first on will have under the hood the Quad Core Intel Celeron N3450 and for GPU will have an integrated Intel HD Graphic. These two will be helped by the 4GB DDR3L RAM and from the 32G eMMC and 128G SSD. The maximum external hard drive capacity is way up to 2TB!
The second version of the Voyo V1 will have under the hood the Quad Core Intel Pentium N4200 and for GPU has the integrated Intel HD Graphic. The whole system is supported by the 4GB RAM DDR3L and the 32GB of ROM. Of course and this version supports extension of the hard drive at the max of 512GB.
Both version come with preinstalled Windows 10.1 ready for use.
Features
Both versions support 5.1 Surround Sound Output and Dual Wifi with 5GHz and 2.4GHz. Also both use BT v4.0 in order to be able to connect with other devices. Both support DVD and feature v1.4 HDMI. They support 3D Games, 3D Video, ISO Files, PAL. The N4200 supports and 4K and 4K x 2K video format, when the N3450 support only AVS, H.263, H.264, MPEG, MPEG-1, MPEG2, MVC, RMVB, VC-1 and WMV.
