Sony’s WH-CH720N Headphones: With New V1 Noise Chip, 30mm Large Dynamic Coil


Sony recently launched its newest wireless headset, the Sony WH-CH720N, which boasts a weight of just 192 grams, making it Sony’s lightest headset with noise reduction function to date.

Equipped with dual noise sensors and a V1 noise chip, the Sony WH-CH720N combines advanced noise reduction technologies to provide an enhanced listening experience for its users. Additionally, it has a built-in 30mm large dynamic coil and supports Bluetooth 5.2 connection, with codecs and audio formats remaining unchanged. A beamforming microphone also ensures clear audio calls.

Using the headset with the accompanying app allows for more precise adjustments to noise reduction levels, with 20 ambient sound levels that adapt to various usage scenarios. By selecting “Focus on Voice,” users can prioritize voice conversations, making it an excellent option for remote workers or those who often make phone calls in noisy environments.

In terms of battery life, the Sony WH-CH720N offers up to 35 hours of playback with noise reduction turned on, allowing for uninterrupted music enjoyment.

On the left earmuff, the headset features a 3.5mm audio interface, a Type-C charging interface, and a power switch. It is available in black, blue, and white for $149.99 (approximately RMB 1034).
