High Precision Engraving & Cutting

The PHECDA laser engraver and cutter offers an output power of 20W/10W and a focal spot of 0.07mmx0.13mm (10W: 0.06mmx0.06mm), allowing you to create incredibly fine details in engraving or cutting jobs at a speed of up to 25000mm/min. The machine can handle a variety of materials, including up to 14mm basswood boards (10W output can cut up to 8mm basswood board).

400x400mm Engraving Space

The laser engraving machine has a large engraving area of 400x400mm/15.75×15.75 inches to meet daily DIY needs and perfect for processing large art projects. Add-ons like a rotary attachment for engraving on a cylindrical surface and an air assist for cleaner cuts are also available (Need to purchase separately).

Efficient Filtration System

The machine’s smoke exhaust filter and two cooling fans on the laser head effectively filter and exhaust fumes and dust generated during engraving. After engraving, the fans work for one more minute to prolong fan service life, reduce noise, and save power. The filter cartridge has a detachable cover for easy filter removal and replacement.

Stable and Quiet Movement

The machine frame is constructed with aluminum alloy for durability and stability, especially when operating at high speeds. The high-quality silent driver motor reduces vibration and running noise. The aerospace-grade POM V-wheels are ultra-quiet, high-precision, and wear-resistant, while the two rows of 3 + 3 V-wheels of the Y axis, combined with the V-gr0ove slide rail and high-tension synchronous belt, ensure stable, quiet, and precise movement of the laser module.

Unique Laser Head

The Satelite 0rbit Module cools and protects delicate components in perfect synchronicity. Phecda’s laser head features a horizontal structure and rail insertion design for easy replacement, a focal positioning bar for simple focal distance adjustment, and a detachable window mirror to prevent accuracy loss due to mirror damage.

Adjustable Laser Power and Speed

Real-time modification of the laser head’s speed and power while marking the perimeter allows for accurate adjustments to the area to be engraved or cut and clear visibility of the engraved area boundary. The power and speed can also be adjusted during the engraving process.

More Practical Features

The magnetic plate on the Z-axis serves as both a laser filtering see-through shield to protect eyes from UV light and a smoke collection device to absorb smoke.

The machine has a built-in sensor that immediately shuts down and beeps if a fire is detected, and it will automatically stop and alarm when the laser engraver is moved, tilted, or flipped.

Phecda is compatible with LightBurn and LaserGRBL software and supports TF card/USB/Wi-Fi/APP control for Windows/Mac/iOS/Android. The engraving file format supports SVG/DXF/JPG/JPEG/PNG/BMP/TIF and more.
